We aim to deliver your purchase within two days after the completion of your order. Here at Whipped Beauté we understand our customer needs and therefore put delivery at the forefront of our services. A little promise we can make to you is that our goods will not be delayed in reaching your doorstep.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase from Whipped Beauté, you have 30 days to return your item for a full refund from the day of purchase. Returns must be made in sealable, sellable conditions as this is a cosmetic beauty product for health and safety concerns we cannot accept items that have already been opened or used.
We will happily pay for your returns in the instance we have sent you an incorrect order or if your goods have arrived damaged, opened or used. Otherwise, all other returns are subject to the customer. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
When you return your purchase to WhippedBeaute.com by mail within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s)
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days
Returns can only be processed back to the same card or bank account that was used during the original purchase of the item.

Fill out the ‘Customer Return Request Form’ included in your original order. Place the completed form with your item(s) in the original WhippedBeaute.com packaging, or any well-padded envelope or box
Seal up the package and drop it off anywhere in the mail
